Josh started in the Food & Beverage industry years before he went to Culinary School. 20+ years later, Josh has moved out of the restaurants into the wine and spirits world. When Josh isn’t at restaurants peddling his wares, he likes to play disc golf, pickleball, video games, and skiing with his wife and kids. Josh is a fan of all potent potables (yes, this is a Jeopardy reference), from a finely crafted cocktail, to a nice glass of wine, or (when the time calls) a shot and a beer.
